It was agreed that the work would proceed <br /> under the remaining portion of the General Consulting Agreement authorized <br /> by the County on October 16, 1987 (CDM letter dated October ll, 1987), and <br /> that any costs incurred above the authorized upper limit of $5,000.00 would <br /> be paid as an amendment to the Agreement. As we recently discussed, our <br /> costs for designing the sedimentation basin exceeded the upper limit of the <br /> General Consulting Agreement by $2,775.00. <br /> <br /> With this letter, we are asking that the authorized upper limit of the <br /> General Consulting Agreement be raised by $2,775.00 to allow us to invoice <br /> you for these costs. I would appreciate an authorizing signature in the <br /> space'provided below which will indicate the County's .concurrence with the <br /> above.
