<br /> SUBJECT: Revised Family Planning Fee Scale
<br /> Revised Maternal Health Fee Scale
<br />
<br /> Meeting in official session on June 6, 1988, the
<br /> Cabarrus County Board of Health voted unanimously to
<br /> recommend the revised Family Planning and Maternal
<br /> Health Fee Scale for Cabarrus County Health Depart-
<br /> ment. ~e increases in the financial categories of
<br /> each scale are necessary because of the revised
<br /> Federal Poverty Scale for 1988 and are to be
<br /> effective July 1, 1988. In the Family Planning Fee
<br /> Scale changes are only in the financial schedule. No
<br /> changes were made in the charges. Changes were made
<br /> in ~he Maternal Health Fee Scale both in the
<br /> financial schedule and the charges. Attached is a
<br /> copy of each of the approved scales.
