Law Proposal No. 267S8A June 13, 1988 <br /> <br /> Estimated Fee <br /> <br /> A budget allowance of $11,000 is recommended for the scope of services <br /> described above for the roadway, including our written engineering report. A <br /> budget sllowance o£ $4,000 is recommended for the scope o£ services described <br /> above for the embankment dam including our written engineering report. If <br /> subsurface conditions are encountered which would require ndditional drilling, <br /> sampling, testing or engineering for analysis that would nesult ill the fees for <br /> our services exceeding the figures indicated above, we would obtain your <br /> permission before proceeding. Our charges for the exploration will be computed <br /> from actual quantities of work performed and the appropriate unit prices shown <br /> on the attached Fee Schedule. <br /> <br /> Schedule <br /> <br /> Based on our present schedule, we can begin the field work within 5 to 8 <br /> days after we receive your authorization to proceed and should be~ completed <br /> within about 8 to 10 working days after commencing. The laboratory testing will <br /> require about 2 to 3'weeks to complete, The written reports will follow <br /> approximately 2 weeks after all of the field work and the proposed laboratory <br /> testing have been completed. As soon as the borings are completed, we will <br /> furnish you with preliminary verbal information by telephone. <br /> <br /> Authorization <br /> <br /> As our written authorization, please execute and return one copy of the <br />enclosed Proposal Acceptmnce Sheet. Any exceptions to this proposal or special <br />requirements not covered in the proposal should be listed on the Proposal <br />Acceptance Sheet.
