CABARRUS UTILITIES BOARD <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Melvin, seconded by Chairman Lentz and <br />unanimously carried, the Board established the Cabarrus Utilities Board <br />consisting of nine members as suggestedby*the resolution adopted by the <br />Board on November 16, 1987, and that those nine members serve staggered terms <br />of three members each with years designated as years one~ two, and three <br />years of service. The Board made the following appointments to the Cabarrus <br />Utilities Board: Hr. Tim Hagler recommended by the governing board of the <br />Town Of Harrisburg, Mayor Ralph Austin recommsnded by the governingboard of <br />the Town of M0untPleasant, Mayor Pro Tam Ilarold D. Holbrook recommended by <br />the governing board Of the City of Kannapolis, Mr* Charles T. Bridges from <br />the City of Concord, and Mr. Melvin Rape from theCtty of Kannapolis. The <br />advisory board is to become effective May 1, 1988. <br /> <br /> Adopted March 21, 1988 <br /> <br /> Ross Morrison, Jr. - Appointed May 23, 1988 <br /> John Richards - Appointed June 6, ~988 <br /> <br /> Remaining appointments are as 'follows: <br /> <br /> --one member recommended by the City oflConcord <br /> <br /> --.one member, appointed by the commission to serve at-large from the <br /> unincorporated areas of Cabarrus County <br /> <br /> <br />
