Developing an eight-minute video tape which describes and promotes the WIC Program. The estimate includes all phases of development including development of the creative concept, script development, location shooting, post production, securing of music rights and talent (if needed). 2. Developing three (3) 30-second public service announcements edited from the video tape previously described. These will be: (2) targeted to pregnant women and (1) targeted to parents of infants and children. 3. Developing three (3) radio public service announcements. These will be edited from the video tape previously described. These will be (2) targeted to pregnant women and (1) targeted to parents of infants and children under five years of age. 4. For the video productions, the.initial locational shooting will be on 3/4" broadcast standard format, the pos.t production will be on 1".Pr°fessi°nal v~deo' tape. The final product will be on 3/4 and 1/2" VHS tape. (O~e copy of each.) 5. Upon completion, the production will be submitted to the Cabarrus County Health Department and to the Department of Human Resources, Division of Health Services.
