COUNTY AIRPORT <br /> APPRAISAL CONTRACT <br /> <br /> STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br /> THIS CONTRAGT made and entered into this the llth day of July, 1988, <br /> between Pleas W. Carter Jr. whose address is 128 Church St. N.E. Concord, <br /> N.C. hereinafter referred to as the "Appraiser" and Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> TEEM <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT shall be effective from the date accepted bY Appraiser, <br /> and shall continue for ninety.(90) days or until October 9, 1988, It is <br /> anticipated that the Appraisal will be developed by the Appraiser wifihin <br /> ninety (90) days after execution hereof, subject to conditions beyond <br /> Appraiser's control. However~ Appraiser does represent that the appraisal <br /> date will be met. <br /> <br /> WORK <br /> <br /> The Appraiser shall perform all work in accordance with the F.A.A. <br />Regulations, and Guidelines. <br /> <br /> INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED BY COUNTY <br /> <br /> As soon as possible the County will furnish to the Appraiser any and <br />all pertinent information applicable to the appraisal report. The <br />information needed can be obtained at the Cabarrus County Courthouse. <br /> <br /> APPRAISAL INFORMATION <br /> <br /> The Appraiser agrees not to provide or make available to any person <br />the Documentation or any additional information until the County has <br />received written permission and the County consents in writing to the <br />Appraiser. <br /> <br /> INDEMNIFICATION OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br /> The Appraiser will indemnify, hold harmless and keep harmless, the <br />County and its agents and employees from and against all claims, damages~ <br />losses and expenses including attorney's fees arising out of or res~lting <br />frbm tile performance of the work, provided that any such claim, damage, <br />loss or expense is attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease or <br />death, or the injury to or destruction of tangible property including the <br />loss of use resulting therefrom, and is caused in whole or in part by any <br />negligent or willful act or omission of the Appraiser, thereof or anyone <br />directly or indirectly employed whose acts, any of them may be liable, <br /> <br /> <br />
