On that <br /> date the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners granted to <br /> ADM Properties a si~-month period of time in ~hich to. submit <br /> a formal application for cost-sharing of se~er installation <br /> to Kings Grant. <br /> <br /> We have been invo'lved in on-going negotiations ~ith ADM <br /> Properties for the last several months, and are close te <br /> finalizing the contract ~ith ADM.
