UABARRUS UTILITIES BOARD <br /> <br /> UPON MOTION of Commissioner Melvin, seconded by Chairm&n Lentz and <br />unanimouslycarrted, the Beard established the C~barrus Utilities Board <br />consisting Of nine members as suggested by the resolution adopted by the <br />Board on November !6, 1987, and that those nine members serve staggered terms <br />of three members each with years desigaated as years one, two, and three <br />years of service. The Hoard made the following appointments to the Cabarrus <br />Utilities Board: Mr. Tim Hagler recommended by the governing boaCd of the <br />Townof Harrisburg, Mayor Ralph Austin recommended by the governing board of <br />the Town of Mount Pleasant, Mayer Pro Tem Harold D. Holbrook recommended by <br />the governing board of the City of Kannapolis, Mr. Charles T. Bridges frem <br />the City of Concord, and Mr. Melvin Rape from the City of Kannapolis.
