He stated the purpose of <br />this meeting was to elect officers and review the proposed bylaws. <br />He noted that all members of the committee has been sent a copy of <br />the proposed bylaws and a copy of the "Guidebook for Local Emergency <br />Planning Committees" for the their review. <br /> <br /> <br />
