Site Plan: No site plan. <br /> <br /> Detailed Findings and Compatibility with other Ordinances and Resolutions: <br /> <br /> 1. Does not meet the 'intent of the Land Development Guide. <br /> <br />2, The intent of the I-X zone was to allow for existing uses, not to encourage <br /> expansion of industrial areas. <br /> <br />3. The intent of the Land Development Guide is for residential uses not <br /> industrial uses, <br /> <br />4. Outside of the Ten Year Growth Area light industrial uses are permissible as <br /> a conditional use in ARR. <br /> <br />5.
