EXTRACTS FROM MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> FOR THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS~ NORTH CAROLINA <br /> <br /> The Board of Commissioners (hereinafter sometimes <br /> called the "Board") for the County of Cabarrus, North Carolina, <br /> met in regular session at the Commissioners Meeting Room, <br /> Cabarrus County Courthouse,.Concord, North Carolina, the regular <br /> place of meeting, at 7:00 p.m. on August 15, 1988. The following <br /> Commissioners of the Board were: <br /> <br /> Present: <br /> <br /> ; <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br /> The Chairman stated that The Cabarrus County 'Industrial <br />Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority (hereinafter <br />sometimes called the "Authority") has adopted a resolution <br />expressing its intention to issue industrial revenue bonds and <br />authorizing the execution and delivery of a Memorandum of Induce- <br />ment and Intent pertaining to the financing of an industrial <br />project for Craftsmen Fabrics Industries, Incorporated, a North <br />Carolina corporation (the "Company"}. The Company proposes to <br />acquire, rehabilitate and renovate an existing manufacturing <br />building containing approximately 42,000 square feet of space and <br />located at 280 Manor Avenue, concord, North Carolina (the "Exist- <br />ing Building"), the acquisition of approxi]~ately 2 acres of unim- <br />proved land adjacent to the existing building (the "Land") , the <br /> <br /> <br />
