f 1, The City and the County will execute the reciprocal connection <br /> agreement, thereby authorizing connection of the Wolf Meadow <br />~. Interceptor to the Rocky River Interceptor and also <br /> <br /> 2. Renew the 1984 Water Supply Agreement betweeu the Board of Light <br />~ and Water Commissioners and Cabarrus County for up to one and one <br />~ half million gallons of water per day until such time as it is <br />~ modified or superseded by separate agreement between tho City of <br />~ Con6ord and Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> 3, Agree that no meter will be required at the point of connection of <br /> the Wolf Meadow Interceptor to the Rocky River Interceptor provided <br /> that Cabarrus County will be charged for greatment only for flows <br /> into the Rocky River line from curreng meters. <br /> <br /> 4. The City transformer and high voltage line located upon the site of <br /> the County Governmental Complex will be moved as promptly as <br /> possible and the temporary encroachmen~ for construction upon Means <br /> Avenue will be authorized. <br /> <br /> 5. A~ree that the parties will act as quickly as possible to resolve <br /> the Coddle Creek construction and the modified Water Supply <br /> Agreements. <br /> <br /> <br />
