Page 1 <br /> <br />,Bonfires and Outdoor Rubbish Fires: <br /> <br /> Outdoor rubbish fires will be permitted only <br /> if they are contained within a burning <br /> receptacle of a maximum liquid capacity of 60 <br /> gal. (227L.) and such receptacle is equipped <br /> with a top screen or mesh enclosure to <br /> contain any hot or flaming material within <br /> the container. All other burning will be <br /> -prohibited with the exception of fires <br /> covered by N. C. State Forestry permits. <br /> <br /> Bonfires will be considered on an individual <br /> basis and approved within the guidelines set <br /> forth by the Fire Marshals Office. <br /> <br /> Temporary Permit only will be issued by the <br /> Fire Marshals Office after inspection of the <br /> location of the planned Bonfire and after <br /> guidelines have been met. <br /> <br /> <br />
