General Permit; In accordance with the detailed r~quirements of <br /> this Jurisdiction, a permit shall be obtained to conduct the <br /> following operations, or to store, handle, or use ~iose materials <br /> that are considered to present an ~xtra or unusual fire hazard to <br /> life or property. <br /> s. Bonfires and Outdoor Rubbish Fires <br /> b. Combustible Dust-Producing Operations <br /> c. Compressed and Liquified Gases <br /> d. Explosive'Materials <br /> e. Flammable and Combustible Liquids <br /> f. Flammable Finishing <br /> g. Fireworks <br /> h. Pyroxylin Plastics (Cellulose Nitrate) <br /> i. Welding, Cutting and other Hot Work <br /> <br /> FEE: $5.00 each permit <br /> <br /> 3. Consolidated Perm'it; Only one permit shali be required for each <br /> location of a firm that may be required to obtain more that. one <br /> permit Under permit requirements. Such a consol'idated permit <br /> shall list all hazardous materials or operations covered by the <br /> permit. Revocation of any portion or portions of such a <br /> consolidated permit for specific hazardous materials or <br /> operations shall not invalidate any remaining portion of the <br /> permit, <br /> <br /> FEE: $25.00 yearly; Requires annual inspection prior to permit issue. <br /> <br /> Change of Occupancy Permit; required when the use of an existing <br /> building is changed and the use is for 'commercial, industrial or <br /> institutional purposes or for a change of tenant in a place of <br /> assembly. <br /> <br /> FEE: $10.00; To be paid at the time of application for permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
