The Cabarrus County Commissioners will have <br />the proposed sale of the substation property at Highway 49 and 601 again <br />scheduled on their agenda-for the September 19, 1988, meeting in order <br />to meet your request for the October 1, 1988,'date of finalization. Mr. <br />Brewer will be contacted by Ben Mabrey, Director of Emergency Services <br />for Cabarrus County, to arrange the rental procedure. <br /> <br /> The Board will be informed of the 90-day grace period with an <br />option to extend same with your approval, of course. <br /> <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration in this manner.
