C., conceyning the installation of a <br /> 12-inch -water pipeline crossing at Harrisburg, N.C., <br /> located 2,525 ft. southwest of Mile Post 361; preparation <br /> fee $50.00; no annual rental; terminable 60 days' notice. <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. Cochran: <br /> <br /> Enclosed is the subject proposed agreement in duplicate. <br /> Please handle for execution by the Chairman of the County <br /> Council or authorized officer for Cabarrus County. <br /> <br /> With the return of both copies of the document, please let <br />us have a certified copy of a resolution authorizing the <br />Chairman to sign the agreement.
