Report of Fire Conditions, 1988 <br /> <br /> DATE: September .29, 1988 <br /> <br /> Each year at this time tile state requires each fire department to complete <br /> a Report of Fire Conditions form showing fire department information'and listing <br /> the local relief fund trustees, These trustees are selected and appointed by <br /> the board ~n Jnauary. This form must be approved by the Board of Commissioners <br /> and signed by the Finance officer. After the forms are approved they are returned <br /> tomy office, copies made and deposited in the individual department's file and <br /> then mailed to Raleigh.
