REPORT TO CABARRUS COUNTY COmmISSIONERS <br /> <br /> OBJECTIVE <br /> <br /> Chairman James W. Lentz of the Cabarrus County Commission appointed <br />Commtssionecs GilesMoss a~d Martha Melvin to work with Ms. Teresa <br />Melton, Dep~rtment of Aging,-and Mr. James F. Cook, Jr,, Department.of <br />Social Services, to determine the services to be provided by each of the <br />departments and report to the Board. <br /> <br /> STATUS <br /> <br /> The Department of A§ing was separated from the Department of Social <br />Services on September 8, 1988, and Ms. Teresa Melton was named department <br />head. At the sus§estion of Mr. James F.
