Oa Box 430 <br /> Kannapolis, North Carolina 28081 <br /> <br /> Dear Dr. Bradshaw: <br /> <br />A ~25,000,000 school bond issue was approved by the Cabarrus <br />County-voters in March 1988. At the time of this approval the <br />Kann~poli's-Ci'ty School System had an ADM Percent.age of 21.5SX. <br />This would represent funds available fo~ the Kannapolis System of <br />~5,~8~{500. It has been the policy in the past of the County <br />Commissioners to allocate all funds to the schoo]..systems on the <br />ADN method; I do not have the authority .to'assume that the bond <br />proce&ds"will be allocated in thi~ same method. I would therefore <br />request that the Kannapolis Board of Education make the request <br />From the Cabarrus County Beard of Cbmmissioners for what they <br />consider their share of the funding.
