Page Three <br /> <br /> (E) In addition to the standards of construction, <br /> maintenance and operation set forth in the-ordinance <br /> and the Proposal, C4 Media <br /> will meet or exceed the <br /> standards of the Federal C~mmunications Commissi6n <br /> ("FCC")~. related to signal quality and t~chnidal <br /> standards; and shall abide by all rules and <br /> regulations of the FCC concerning its regulation of <br /> cable television services as the same shall be changed <br /> from time to time by the FCC. <br /> <br /> 6. The County shall not permit any individual or company to <br /> provide services similar to those of C4 Media ~ithout first <br /> having se6ured a non-exclusive franchise from the County~ The <br /> County shall not g~ant a non-e×dlusive franchise, to .anyone <br /> offering o~ furnishing services similar to those o'f C4.Media On <br /> terms and conditions more favorable to such individuals <br /> compan'ies than those contained here~n, unless this Resolution or <br /> and <br /> Franchise Agreement is amended to provide for such more favorable <br /> terms and conditions. <br /> <br /> 7. All right, title .and interes~ of C4 Media in this <br /> franchise shall be freely assignable without the consent of the <br /> County. C4 Media hereby agrees to give the County written notice <br /> of any assignment within forty-five (45) days after the <br /> assignment. <br /> <br /> 8.
