NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS LEASE AOREEMENT~ made and executed this 31st day of <br /> <br /> October, 1988, by and het~een CABARRUS COUNTY, a political subdivision <br /> of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter "County"), and THE <br /> CABARRUS COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR, INC., a North Carolina Corporation, <br /> (hereinafter "Fair"); <br /> <br /> W I T N E S S E T H -- that: <br /> <br /> For and in consideration of the mutual covenants and <br /> <br />a§reements hereinafter set forth ~ County leases to Fair and Fair <br />takes and leases from Count7 ell that real property lyin~ within the <br />"Fence" on the lq.20 acre tract described and identified in "Exhibit <br />A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (hereinafter <br />sometimes referred to as the "Demised Premises"); <br /> <br /> Fair shall have and held the Demised Premises subjee~ To the <br /> <br />following covenants and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1.
