BILLING <br /> <br /> Meters will be read at such time that bills will be <br /> received by the customer on or about the 1st of every month. <br /> The net amount will be due at the Tax Collector's Office on <br /> or before the 14th of the.month: After that date, accounts <br /> with balance of $5.00 or more will be notified that tike <br /> account is delinquent and a late payment fee added to-the <br /> outstanding bill. If the bill is not paid on or before the <br /> 24th of the month, water services with outstanding balance <br /> of minimum charge or more will be discontinued and an <br /> ~dditional reconneotion fee will be required to have it <br /> restored. <br /> <br /> Adopted October 24, 1988 <br /> <br /> <br />
