M. on the <br /> 14th day of November 1988, and thereafter publicly opened <br /> and read for the furnishing of envelopes for Cabarrus <br /> County. <br /> <br /> Complete requirements are contained on the Bid Sheet <br /> and sample envelopes are open for inspection at the' county <br /> Manager's office, Room 120, Cabarrus County Courthouse, <br /> Concord, North Carolina, or may be obtained from Cabarrus <br /> County. <br /> <br /> Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes <br /> identified as follows: <br /> <br /> "BIDDER'S NAME AND ADDRESS" <br /> "BID FOR ENVEL'OPES" <br /> <br /> Cabarrus Connty Will pay only for the exact amount of <br /> envelopes requested ou the bid. <br /> <br /> No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled~closinq <br /> time for receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. <br /> <br /> A bid bond, or cash deposit, or certified check in the <br />amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompa,]y <br />each bid as required by G.
