Cameron <br />November 28~ 1988 <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> TO: Blair Bennett <br /> Finance Director, Cabarrus County <br /> <br /> Grief Bradsbaw <br /> Superintendent, Kannapolls City Schools <br /> FROM: Susan Adams ~/~ <br /> Budget Analyst <br /> <br /> SUB3ECT: Project Approval - Public $chool Building Capltaq Fund <br /> <br /> Enclosed is the approved project for receiving the following funds from the <br /> Public School Building Capital Fund: <br /> <br /> Media Center/Administrative Office - Shady Brook Elem. $ 312,389.25 <br /> <br /> Funds in the amount of $ 312,389.25 will be transferred to tho Cabarrus County <br /> Disbursing Account in tho State Treasurer's Office at the end of November and <br /> will be available for drawdown December l~ 1988. <br /> <br /> Starting in January, 1989, quarterly reports are to be submitted for the <br /> previous quarter showing actual expenditures on the projects using the same <br /> expenditure categories as on the application form. If a project is not <br /> progressing as anticipated and the completion is going to be later than on the <br /> application form, give the new anticipated completion date and a short <br /> description of the problem. <br /> <br /> <br />
