Wishes <br /> to rezone from ARR/A-I to Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> This petition was originally heard at the August 17, 1988 Planning Board <br /> meeting and an amended petition was heard at the November 3, 1988 meeting. <br /> The original petition was approved 4-0 and the amended petition approved <br /> 4-0. <br /> <br />(2) Petition 88-18. Norman Negre, 2929 Lane Street, 1.986 acres, Map/PIN <br /> 5-5633-69-6659,' 8731. Wishes to rezone from C-4 to C-3. Planning <br /> Board voted 4-0 to approve this petition. <br /> <br /> SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />(1) Petition 88-02. Subdivision Ordinance Amendment. Chahge in Section <br /> 4.9.C.13, "Roads", to clarify when turn lanes should be required into <br /> subdivisions. Planning Board voted 4-0 to approve this petition. <br /> <br />(2) Petitio~ 88-03. Subdivision Ordinance Amendment. Change Sections <br /> 3.4.C.10 and 3.5.C.3, "Specification for plats", to add the requirement <br /> that road design and construction typicals be shown on the preliminary <br /> and final plats. Planning Board voted 4-0 to approve this petition. <br /> <br />(3) Petition 88-04. Subdivision Ordinance Amendment. Change Section <br /> 4.8.C, "Water and Sewer Systems", to clarify the requirements for water <br /> and sewer system approval methods, and the required specifications <br /> of construction.
