B. APPROVAL BY PLANNING BOARD AND RECORDING - the Planning <br />Board shall have ten (10) working days after the proper <br />submission of the final plat to ts.ks action. Unless <br />stipulation for additional time ia agreed to by the <br />subdivider and If the Planning Board fails to take action in <br />the allotted time, the subdivider may demand a certificate <br />of approval on the reproducible copy of the final plat <br />signed by the Chairman of the Planning Board. <br /> <br />Approval by the Planning Board ia conditioned upon the plat <br />being registered in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />within thirty (30) days of such approval and receipt of such <br />record is presented to the Planning Department. Plats for <br />minor subdivisions may be given final approval by the <br />Planning Director. <br /> <br />The subdivider shati be responsible for giving the following <br />agencies an opportunity to make recommendations and/or <br />approval of the final plat prior to submittal to the <br />Planning Board or its designated agent for approval of any <br />individual subdivision plat= <br /> <br /> 1. The District Highway Engineer as to the proposed <br />streets,' highways, drainage - systems--and .--other required ....... <br />Improvements. TITLE BLOCK - shall contain the following <br /> information: property designation, name(s) of owner(s), <br /> township, county, state, dateCs) survey was made, scale <br /> in feat par inch in words or figures and bar graph, and <br /> name and address of engineer or surveyor. The Title <br /> block shall be located on the bottom right hand corner <br /> of the plat. <br /> <br /> 2.
