STATE"OF N~RTH CAROLINA AGREEMENT <br /> COUNT~ CABARRU$ FOR REImbURSABLE ~ORK <br /> <br /> DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> and <br /> <br /> · CABARRUS COUNTY BOARD OF CO~]ISSIONERS <br /> <br /> THIS AGREES~NT, made and entered into this the day of <br /> · 19 , by and between the Department of Transportation <br /> and Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners hereinafter <br /> referred to as the party of the second part: <br /> <br /> ~ I T N E S S E T H <br /> <br /> THAT· WHEREAS, the party of the second part has reguested the <br /> Department of Transportation to perform work hereinafter described which <br /> the Department of Transportation has agreed to do in consideration of <br /> the actual cost incurred. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties do mutually agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The Department of Transportation shall perform the follow- <br /> ing work: <br /> <br /> Base and pave the entrance into the Cabarrus County <br /> Landfill located off SR 2400. <br /> <br /> 2. The Department of Transportation shall furnish all of the <br /> necessary personnel,.labor_equipment and material for the <br /> performance of said work. <br /> <br /> 3. In consideration of the performance of said work, the party. <br /> of the second part shall reimburse the Department of <br /> Transportation upon receipt of a monthly invoice showing <br /> the cost'incurred. Payment shall be due on receipt of <br /> each invoice. <br /> <br /> 4. The estimated cost for the performance of said work is <br /> $ 4,600.00 <br /> <br /> 5.
