Archer, Aging Program Administrator <br /> DATE: January 16, 1987 <br /> RE: Quarterly Status Report on Aging Programs <br /> <br /> Enclosed are eharts showing the status of aging programs in Region F for the period <br /> July 1, 1986 through December 31, 1986. Since one quarter of the contract peric.~ has <br /> been completed, at least 50% of all goals should have been reached. <br /> <br /> Charts ! through 3 and chart 6 pertain to the Title Ill Social Services e-qd NutriHon <br /> programs. Chart I refleets the persons served and units of service go~s, the m~mber <br /> served year to date, and the percentage of the goal. Chart 2 shows the amount of <br /> grant funds earned by contractors based on the number of units of service provided <br /> under performance based contracting. Chart 3 is a report by Ageney on prcgram <br /> income collected. Charts 4 and 5 reflect the enrollment and expenditur~ of the lead <br /> agencies involved in the Title V Senior Community Service Employment Projeet. Chart <br /> 6 reflects the average amount of program income eolleeted per meal served for <br /> congregate and home delivered meals. <br /> <br /> Most contractors are hear their goal for completion of 50.% of the contract period. <br /> Agencies who have provided less than 45% or more than 55% of their units of service <br /> are being notified by separate letter. Services will be monitored between now and <br /> March 31, 1987 by the Area Agency on Aging. Those agencies who are providing <br /> services at less than 70% at 75% of the year will be reprogrammed to the level of <br /> service being provided.
