In order to <br />continue to purchase Library Materials for the remainder of the current <br />fiscal year, I request that the remainder of the grant made to the County <br />last year by the the Cannon lrust be added to the line item "Other Operation- <br />al costs, fund number 19-3D-355, which is the account used for the purchase <br />of Library Materials. This amount is $ 20,ODO.O0. The Cannon Trust Grant <br />was made with the stipulation that the money be used for the purchase of <br />Library Materials and equipment only after the funds appropriated for those <br />purposes in the regular budget had been exhausted. <br /> <br />Since we are holding several book orders ~ntil these funds are available, I <br />also request that this amendment be presented to the Commissioners as soon <br />as possible. <br /> <br /> <br />
