No new <br />registration of yoUrs shall ~ require, but the deadline by which <br />unregistered voters must re~s~r shall ~ ~n~in~ in the legal <br />adve~isement ~ be published by ~e ~unty ~ard of elations. The <br />c~t of holding the elation ~ ~blish a ~strict shall ~ paid by <br />the county, provided that if the district iS es~blish~, then the <br />~unt)' shall ~ reimbur~ the cost of the election ~om the ~es <br />leviedwithin the district, but the ~st of an election to incre~ the <br />allowable ~x under G.S. 69-25.1 or to abolish a ~re district under <br />G.S. 69-25.10 shall be paid from the funds of the district.
