The reason vtas the <br /> same as above. <br /> <br /> (1) Area Relationships: Surrounding property is used for connercial and <br /> residential purposes. <br /> <br /> (2) Permitted Uses In C-3 Zone: Auto repair garage, bank, barber shop, <br /> discotheques, floral shops, machine welding shops. <br /> <br /> (3) Site Plan: None <br /> <br /> Detailed Findiogs and Compatibility with other Ordinances and Resolutions: <br /> <br /> (1) Due to past zoning history, this is basically the same request as was denied <br /> twice previously. <br /> <br /> (2) Kannapolis Land Development Plan slates this area as a neighborhood servicing <br /> business district which is comparable to county's £-1. <br /> <br /> {3) Kannapolis Planning Board recommended denial of this petition. <br /> <br /> (4) Staff recommeds denial. <br /> <br /> <br />
