There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Cabarrus <br /> 6 County Board of Commissioners the sum of one hundred thousand dollars (SI00,000) <br /> 7 for the 1987-88 fiscal year for the development of a Senior Citizens Center, provided <br /> 8 a like amount of non-State I~unds is raised by the Cabarrus County Board of <br /> 9 Commissioners to match the appropriation on a dollar-for-dollar basis. <br /> 10 Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
