At 11 o'clock A.M., the cabarrus County. Board of Elections <br /> met and received from the registrars and judges of elections for <br /> the several precincts in the County of Cabarrus the returns of the <br /> special bond referendum held in said county on Hay 19, 1887 upon <br /> the question of approving $14,500,000 Water Bonds Of said county. <br /> <br /> After said returns had been canvassed by the County Board of <br /> <br /> Elections, £e~eth E. [lief introduced the following resolution <br /> which was read: <br /> <br /> RESOI~ION RELATING TO THE CANVASS OF THE RE- <br /> TURNS OF THE SPECIAL BOND REFERENDUH HELD IN <br /> THE COUNTY OF CABARRUS ON HAY 19, 1987 UPOH <br /> THE QUESTION OF APPROVING $14,500,000 WATER <br /> BONDS AND DETE~INING THE RESULT THEREOF <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Cabarrus County Board of Elections: <br /> Section 1. The returns of the special bond referendum held <br /> in the County of cabar~s on Hay 19, 1987 upon the question of <br /> <br />approving $14,500,000 Water Bonds of the County of Cabarrus having <br />been received from the proper election officers and having been <br />canvassed, this Board has found and determined and does hereby <br />declare: <br /> <br /> (a) That each registrar and judge for said referendum was <br /> <br />duly qualified by law and had taken the necessary oath. <br /> <br /> (b) That the election officers had incorporated in their <br /> <br />qualified to vote in each precinct in said referendum. <br /> <br /> (c) That at said referendum there were submitted to the <br /> <br />qualified voters of said County the following question: <br /> <br /> authorizing not exceeding $14,500,000 Water Bonds <br /> <br /> the purpose of providing funds, with any other <br /> available funds, for enlarging and extending the <br /> <br /> <br />
