Current request for rezoning: Based on the following Plan of Development <br />Mr. & Mrs. Carey Grey <br /> <br />Property Location: Rt. 2 Box 172, Midland, North Carolina <br /> <br /> PLAN OF DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />The current home, plus 1.4 acres of land with 315' of road frontage <br />now located directly on Albemarle Road to remain the same as present <br />and keep the current ARR zoning. <br /> <br />The adjoining rear 6 acres to be rezoned C4, based upon future development, <br />The rear 6 acres would need an access cut using 100' of the existing 415' <br />of road frontage presently located on Albemarle Road. <br /> <br />The owner would require Deed restrictions upon the property sale to enhance <br />the area rather than detract from the area, and a buffer if necessary, <br />dependent on the purchasers intent. <br /> <br />Limitations would apply as to the use and intent of the property. This <br />would be imposed by the existing owners, upon its sale, by restrictions. <br /> <br />The home to be refurbished and restored to it's original condition. The <br />home and property has been in the Grey family for almost 100 years and is <br />~ritten up in Historic Cabarrus. (It may qualify for Historical recognition, <br />~e are in the process of researching this.) <br /> <br /> <br />
