CABARRUS COUNTY' <br /> Post Office Box <br /> CONCORD, NORTH CAROLINA 28025 <br /> <br /> INVITATION TO BID <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received by the County Manager <br />of Cabarrus County in Room 123 of the Cabarrus County <br />Courthouse, Concord, NC until 11:00 DST on Wednesday <br />June 10th, 1987 at which time they will be publicly <br />opened and read for SITE PREPARATION AND ASPHALT <br />SURFACING at County Automotive Maintenance Garage. <br /> <br />Instructions for submitting bids may be obtained at <br />the office of the County Engineer at the Cabarrus <br />County Courthouse during regular office hours. <br />These bids are being received in accordance with <br />Section 143-129 of North Carolina General Statutes. <br /> <br />The Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners reserves <br />the right to reject any and all bids and to waive <br />any formalities. <br /> <br />Notice given this 1st day of June, 1987. <br /> <br />Charles D.
