The following amounts are hereby appropriated in <br />the Water sad Sewer District of Cabarrus County Fund for the <br />fiscal year beginning July 1, 1987, and ending June 30, <br />1968. <br /> <br /> Administrstion & Operations $1~142,869.34 <br /> TOTAL EXPENDITURES st,t42,869.34 <br />Section <br /> <br /> The County Manager end Finance Director are hereby <br />aulhorized to transfer approprlation~ within <br />contained herein under the following conditions: <br /> <br />a.
