C. 2'8025 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. McGinnis: <br /> <br />The Watershed Conunissioners met July 6th,.by telephone, <br />for the purpose of opening bids for stream improvement <br />in Cabarrus County. <br /> <br />Only one (1) bid was received and after talking with each <br />Watershed Commissioner, it was unanimously agreed that we <br />recommend the County Commissioners accept the bid submitted <br />by Charles R. Fisher. <br /> <br />The bid information was mailed or hand delivered to Curtis <br />Upright off Mooresville Road, Woody Shepherd on 0dell School <br />Road, Moores Landscaping, Charlotte, N.
