Ronald Aycock, Executive Director <br /> <br />DATE: June 23, 1987 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Voting Delegate Designation Form for NCACC Annual Conference <br /> <br />Enclosed is a voting delegate designation form for the Association's <br />Annual Conference in Charlotte on August 13-16, 1987. <br /> <br />Please place on your July Board meeting agenda the selection of a <br />delegate for the conference and return the form to the Association no <br />later than Friday, July 31, 1987. <br /> <br />Also, for those of you commuting to the Annual Conference who will not <br />be staying at the hotels, there will be parking available at the <br />Convention center. For those arriving before 4:30 p.m., you may use <br />the entrance off of Trade Street. Please tell the attendant that you <br />are with the Association so that you will get the lower parking rate <br />of $2.50 per parking period {up to 24 hours).
