Cooper's monitoring visit from NRCD concerning the Highway 73 <br />Community CDBG Target Area, Mr. Cooper advised staff that a Community Development <br />Code of conduct and a Fair Housing Resolution be adopted fur the county. With <br />the adoption of these two items the county would be in total compliance with <br />the State's requirements. Not that the county is not presently adhereing to <br />these policies, it would just formalize all of the State's policy guidelines. <br /> <br />Attached are the two items for the Board of Commissioners to consider adopting. <br />I would like for this to be considered at the July meeting. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br /> <br />
