C. <br /> Richard Chaney of Kannapolis to represent Cabarrus County on the Perk <br /> Coa ission. This nomination recommendation would fill the expired term <br /> of Hr. Phil Smith. I have enclosed the standard Cabarrus County <br /> application. Please present this nomination reco~endation to the Cabarrus <br /> County Board of Co~issioners in their next meetingJ <br /> <br /> The Park Com ission has elected to conduct bi-monthly meetings for <br /> the 1987-88 term.
