Please review such notice to <br />determine if it is satisfactory. After such publication has been <br />made, please provide me with two publisher's affidavits, with <br />printed clippings attached, to evidence each such publication. <br />One such affidavit must also be sent to the Local Government <br />Commission to complete the application for approval of bonds that <br />has been filed with the Commission. <br /> <br /> I shall send to you shortly suggested forms of proceedings <br />for the attention of the Board of Commissioners at the regular <br />meeting to be held on October 5. <br /> <br /> <br />
