The Clerk to the Board Of Commissioners is hereby <br /> <br /> directed to mail or deliver a certified copy of this resolution to <br /> <br /> the Cabarrus County Board of Elections within three days after the <br /> <br />· adoption he~eof. <br /> <br /> SeCtion 6.
