SAND DREDGING AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this flay of ,1987, <br />by and between M & M MINERALS, INC. a North Carolina Corporation, and <br /> <br />REFERRED TO AS THE PROPERTY OWNER OR OWNERS. <br /> <br />For the consideration of j~er ton of sand from <br />the property owner's creek, the property owner agrees to lease to M & <br />M MINERALS, INC. a space of fifty (50) feet wide along his creek and <br />grant M & M MINERALS, INC. a right-of-way to the leased area. <br /> <br />M & M MINERALS, INC. agrees to pay the property owner compensation within <br />forty-five (45) days from the time of removing the sa~ds from the above- <br />mentioned area. <br /> <br />M & M MINERALS, INC. further agrees to reclaim any disturbed area as set <br />forth in the State Mining Laws. <br /> <br />This agreement is to remain in effect days from time of <br />execution. <br /> <br />It is understood by all parties that "when the property line is to center <br />of creak" the monies may have to be shared by owners on each side of the <br />creek. <br /> <br />We/I agree to lease to M & M MINERALS, INC. fifty (50) feet along <br /> Creek as to this agreement.
