Application of re§ula~ions: Any structure or building <br /> hereafter erected or structurally altered or placed on a lot <br /> shall be provided with off-street vehicle parking spaces <br /> located not more than three-hundred (300) feet, at the nearest <br /> point from the building entrance. Parking spaces and loading <br /> areas shall be paved for all uses other than single-family <br /> residential and shall be provided with permanent wheel stops, <br /> curb guards, or other barriers ~hich will prevent any part <br /> of any vehicle to eve,-hang into sidewalk areas or vehicular <br /> passageways adjacent to'the parking area. Required parking <br /> areas shall be available for the parking of operable vehicles of <br /> residents, customers and employees, and shall not be used for <br /> the storage of vehicles or materials, or for the parking of <br /> vehicles used for loading or unloading.
