I have enclosed nine copies for tile board and newspapers. If
you need any additional copies, pleas~ inform m~.

Tile Advisory Commission reviewed and approved for the transfer, under
tile Frank Liske Park Capital Budget, $500.00 from park crees and $7,000.00
from Perimeter Trail to provide two rooms in the park office. This
additional 288 square feet will be utilized for one additional office and
a storage room. I have enclosed a summary of this approved capital outlay
budget.

In another agenda item, the Advisory Co]mnission reviewed anti approved
the revised Frank Liske Park Fees and Charges. Tile major concern in these
fees and charges is the use of the Park by non-county residents, and
secondly, major use of tile Park by overly largu groups. The Coriunisslon
approved a double rate charge for non-residents. For example, a picnic
shelter for Cabarrus County residents is twenty dollars, and non-residents
will be charged forty dollars. Secondly, tile Commission approved for
charging of out-of-county school groups for tile utilization of Park
facilities during tile weekday. Thirdly, the Commission approvud that a
group reservation b~ limited to a maximum number of one thousand people.
