Box 707 <br /> Concord, North Carolina 28026-0707 <br /> <br /> Dear Charles: <br /> <br /> This is a request to report to the Cabarrus County Commissioners in <br /> official session on Monday, October 19, 1987 to report on the accomplishments <br /> of the past four (4) year's work by the Cabarrus County Agricultural Extension <br /> Service. A long-range plan called "People's Plan '87" was undertaken on <br /> October 1, 1984 that reflected the needs of Cabarrus County citizens, and <br /> had inputs from the Cabarrus County Advisory Leadership involving hundreds <br /> of persons throughout the county. This plan will be completed on <br /> September 30, 1987, and we would like to report these accomplishments to <br /> the County Commissioners. <br /> <br /> This report would require approximately thirty (30) minutes, and involve <br /> the Advisory Leadership Council, administrative personnel from NCSU, Extension <br /> staff members, and other volunteers throughout the county.
