The Board of Commissioners for the County of Cabarrus, North <br /> C~rolin~, met in regular session i~ the Commissioners' Meeting <br /> Room in the County Courthouse in the city of Concord, North <br /> Carolina, the regular place of meeting~ at 7:00 P.M. on October <br /> 19, 1987. <br /> <br /> Present: chairman James W. Lentz, presiding, and <br /> <br />· commissioners <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br /> The Chai~nan announced that this was the hour and day fixed <br /> by the Board of commissioners fPr the public hearing upon the <br /> orders entitled: "ORDER AUTHORIZING $29,000,000 SANIT~Y SEWER <br /> BONDS" and "ORDER AUTHORIZING $2,000,000 TECHNICAL COLLEGE BONDS" <br /> and that the Board o~ commissioners would immediately hear anyone <br /> who might wish to be heard on the questions of the validity of <br /> said orders or the advisability of issuing said bonds. <br /> <br /> No one appeared, either in person or by attorney, to be heard <br /> on the questions of the validity of said orders or the <br /> advisability of issuing said bonds and the Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners announced that no written statement relating to said <br /> questions had been received. <br /> <br /> <br />
