C. 28025 <br /> <br /> Dear Mr. McGinnis: <br /> <br /> The Cabarrus Soil and Water Conservation District has asked <br /> that I write to you requesting a change in the part-time <br /> positions budgeted for DISTRICT TECHNICIAN. <br /> <br /> They are requesting the two (2) positions be combined and <br /> made a full time position at the same amount budgeted for <br /> 1987-1988. <br /> <br /> We request the effective date to be the nearest acceptable <br /> date for the county accounting system. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bennett has indicated it will need to be an item on <br /> the County Con~ission meeting. <br /> <br /> We will be~glad to meet with the County Commission and <br /> answer questions. <br /> <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> Hugh D.
