Mr. Ieenhour is resignlng aea result of moving to a <br /> new home within the City of Concord. Mrs. Goodman is resigning as <br /> a result cf work commitments and personal health reasons. Both <br /> individuals have been dedicated members and will be missed. - <br /> <br /> Please inform the Board of Commissioners of these two resig- <br />nation~ and request that they appoint two replacement extraterri- <br />torial members. Both Mr. Isenhour and Mrs. Goodman have stated <br />that they would be available for the November l? meeting of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission~ but not the December l~ meeting. <br />As you know~ it is unusual for the City to lose two members of one <br />commission at the same time during the middle of the fiscal year. <br />With the holidays coming up~ it would be most helpful if the Board <br />of Commissioners could make these appointments prior to the <br />December meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. With a <br />shortage of two members~ it may be difficult to have the neces- <br />sary quorum present for handling Board of Adjustment matters in <br />December. <br /> <br /> Your assistance with these appointments will be greatly <br />appreciated.
