Is there a public need for additional lend space to <br /> be zoned to the class requested? <br /> <br /> 2. Would the granting of the rezoning request conform <br /> to the presently accepted Land Development Plea for <br /> the County as well es present land use? <br /> <br /> 3. Would the granting of the rezoning request conform <br /> to presently accepted plans for future handling of <br /> traffic es well as present traffic considerations? <br /> <br /> 4. if there is a need for additional land to be zoned <br /> as requested, should the rezoning be done in areas <br /> requested or would the public interest be better <br /> served it the rezoning were done in other areas of <br /> the county? <br /> <br /> 5. Could adequate perking space be provided if the <br /> rezoning request were granted? <br /> <br /> 6. Would the granting of the rezonlng request aversely <br /> affect nearby landowners? <br /> <br /> ?. If the rezoning request were granted would the <br /> necessary utilities and public facilities such as <br /> transportation, schools, water, sewer, and <br /> electricity be available to serve the purpose <br /> intended? <br /> <br /> 8. Would the granting of the rezoning requeet raise <br /> any legal questions such as spot zoning, violation <br /> of precedents, etc.? <br /> <br /> g. Would'the granting of the rezonlng request have an <br /> adverse environmental impact on the surrounding <br /> area? <br /> <br />10. If the rezoning request were granted~ what will <br /> this rezoning stimulate similar zoning requests in <br /> this area? <br /> <br /> Is thc boundary of the rezoning request the most <br /> suitable permanent zone boundary? <br /> <br /> <br />
